In all approved cases, you are not required to return the original item.


❌ Cases Not Covered

We are unable to process refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

  • The request is made more than 15 days after delivery (based on tracking information).
  • You selected the wrong product, size, address, or personalized content at checkout.
  • The item was washed, worn, soiled, or damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling.
