Cancellation Policy

At Thefitmod, we understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to our fast fulfillment process, orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of being placed.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our support team within 6 hours of your purchase time by emailing:

After this 6-hour window, your order cannot be canceled or modified.

❓ Why is cancellation time limited?

We work with a high-speed fulfillment partner to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once payment is confirmed:

• Your order is immediately submitted to our fulfillment system.
• Production and packaging begin automatically — often within minutes.
• Even if the tracking number hasn't been activated yet, your package is already being processed (e.g., label printed, picking and packing started).

Our fulfillment partner handles thousands of orders per day for multiple stores. Once an order is in the system, locating and stopping it is no longer feasible.
