Return Policy

All items at Thefitmod are made-to-order and customized based on your selection. Because of this, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong choices of size or design, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to quality issues.

However, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly support you with a 50% discount on a replacement order if you are unhappy for any reason that falls outside of the refund policy.


What We Will Cover

If your order arrives with a defect, visible damage, or printing error, please email us at support@Thefitmod.com within 15 days of delivery. Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

Once we verify the issue, we will process a refund or replacement within 12–24 hours, with no need to return the item.


What Is Not Covered

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or replacements in the following cases:

  • Request is submitted after 15 days from the date of delivery
  • The issue is caused by incorrect input from the customer (e.g. wrong size, name, address, or custom text)
  • The product has been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences such as style, color tone, or design after delivery
