Shipping Policy

All items offered on Thefitmod are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print each item individually just for you to ensure the best quality.

While we print a portion of our products in-house at our U.S. facilities, we also source from trusted suppliers worldwide to offer our customers a greater variety of merchandise. We only work with vendors who adhere to strict quality control standards, which contributes to the delivery times outlined below.


🚚 Shipping Carriers

Your order may be shipped using one or more of the following logistics partners:

  • USPS, DHL, EMS, FedEx, or Local Postal Services

Estimated Time of Arrival

We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Presidents' Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Time Breakdown:

  • Production time: 3 – 5 business days
  • Shipping time (depending on location):
    • Standard Shipping: 10 – 20 business days
    • Express Shipping: 5 – 10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your package is in transit, any delays are beyond our control.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Email notifications with tracking links
  • Access to real-time order tracking via your Thefitmod account

Some orders may ship in multiple parcels. If so, you will receive separate tracking numbers and notifications.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your tracking information to update after shipping.
If no tracking details appear right away, it simply means the carrier has not scanned your parcel yet.
